I called for an appraisal. The individual on the phone was rude, then hung up on me. I called back thinking it was an accidental disconnect. They never called me back. I ended up getting a recommendation for a different appraisal company and they did a terrific job.
Appraisal used comparable properties of totally different acres in totally different locations and came up with a price of 1/3 the county assessment. Unheard of and most invalid appraisal I have ever seen.
