I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit. Britney, who I was told is a supervisor, was shockingly rude and unprofessional when I brought my doggies in. Her tone was snappy and condescending, not only toward me but also toward the staff at the front desk. It was very uncomfortable to witness. I stood at the front for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me, and instead of assisting customers, Britney and another (chubby) girl spent the entire time gossiping and laughing about other clients. Dr Ferrel is amazing. She helped us focus on quality of life and palliative care for our 14 year old canine daughter. Dr Ferrel has excellent bedside and phone manner. She was so thoughtful to call us with results and spend the time answering questions. She was reassuring that we were making choices in alignment with our quality of life goals. The office staff are always kind and helpful on the phone and in person. We are grateful to have found a great vet clinic.
