Jason and Chelsea were the best! They worked with me by giving me at home exercises since my insurance was running out and they don't take United Healthcare med advantage. Front desk person should take some customer service classes. I asked about self pay options and she just barely showed me a payment sheet and didn't seem to care. Never smiled or had a friendly greeting the two times I was there. Thank you to the therapists and to their assistant.

I was recently treated for shoulder tendinitis, Dr. Evan and Cierra had me feeling better after just a couple of appointments. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Will definitely will use them again.
I went for physical therapy at Indian Trail after a knee replacement in early February. I chose well, as they are knowledgeable, prompt and made recovery a lot of fun! Thanks to Evan, Gabe, Wyatt and all the staff for their expertise...and I loved the 3 questions board
