I made an appointment and paid for a technician to come out and service my stove top to see what the issue was with it. The technician called me 45 minutes before the appointment but i was unable to answer because i was at work.i call back 10 minutes later and he doesnt answer or have enough room in his inbox to leave a message.he calls back almost 2 hours later so that i can reschedule the appointment. They scheduled a repairman for my bosch dryer. The technician was on time he has the part needed to be replaced so my dryer got fixed in just an hour and they didn't need to come back. They tested and the dryer is running great!! Happy and will recommend!
