If you are nasty & don't mind roaches everywhere in your home RENT HERE! I was living in Virginia and came to Atl to visit and find a 3bdrm apt. Came across this place and Janet took us into a 1bdrm unit to show us a video of the 3bdrm apt because it wasn't vacant to show. Needless to say we fell in love with the floor plan and big space! We immediately applied and was told we were approved and moving in in 60 days. I can honestly say that I was very pleased with the apartment as a whole, the carpet was new, the paint was fresh. and Daniel was by far the best. He made sure we were pleased with everything and he stayed in contact from start to finish. I would recommend him to all of my friends an family..Again Thanks for everything Daniel

I don't know who wrote these FANTASY reviews but this place is ANYTHING but. I have been here 2 1/2 years. The neighborhood and the staff weren't so bad at first, but from the day we moved in I had problems with the AC, and had to wait all weekend for it to be fixed. Even then it was just a patch job, and we had to place a work order every other week to get it patched again. For almost a year there has been a HUGE roach Infestation. I disagree with the other reveiw lived there for 3 yrs or 4 yrs that were free they are now trying to charge such as the pool, trash and nw they want to go up on the rent like $80. The roach problem is bad I had to be on pest control forever to get rid of them. Since the new management came there my friend she had to wait 10days before her air got fixed it is rediculous.
