RecommendedDr. Turnbull is fantastic and always gives my pets the best care. The front desk staff is extremely welcoming and easy to communicate with. I will never go to another vet and recommend ITAH to everyone I know!
We brought our Labrador Shelby here for end of life services. We were touched. They provided a comfortable room for our family. We stayed with our fur baby until the end. We were provided education, compassion, pet treats, tissues for tears, and lots of support. They gave us an imprinted paw print of our pet to take home. I recommend Indian trail hospital for the love they showed to our family as we said good bye to our Shelby. Thank you Kristi and staff❤️
There is not a better staff of DVM’s and support staff in Spokane! We actually followed Dr. Skinner when she moved there and couldn’t have made a better choice! Great facility, awesome with all of our pets and truly professional.

Not recommended. We have taken our dogs here and are never happy with our service. We are charged a full physical fee for our puppy to get shots every time we bring in for routine vaccinations. There is no physical happening just a weight and a shot in a back room from a tech. We are not allowed to be present for appointments either which I don’t appreciate. I always feel we are over charged for every appointment. We will not take any of our dogs here again. They do not do well with less common breeds either.

Absolutely the best Vet in spokane!! The front ladies are so sweet and the doctor was amazing. They definitely know what they are doing and they inform you on everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better vet!! Definitely will have them from here on out!
The Vets and Techs here are amazing. They truly care about each patient they see. They are passionate about continuing education and stay up to date on current research. They have invested time, energy, and money to becoming a fear free clinic. This means they take measures to ensure each animal has a stress free visit. I completely trust them with my furry children and feel confident my babies in the best hands when at ITAH.
Absolutely the best care one could ask for their four legged family member. Dr Amstrong is thorough and diligent. The amazing team as a whole goes above and beyond every visit. (We've been seen by many team members😊) I always get educated on any new issues and tips are always given on keeping our fur babies healthy and happy.. I could not find better care for my fur babies.
I cannot say enough good things about this office. Dr Armstrong has been amazing with Tilly for the past 10+ years. I drive from Spokane Valley to Indian Trail and it’s worth the drive because they’ve always done such a phenomenal job. I appreciate that every time my dog has needed a procedure they give you a best and worst case scenario (regarding cost) for the treatment plan so you aren’t surprised by anything. so helpful and were willing to take my injured cat with as little as 50 dollars to see him as I did not have the money they were still willing to help him he did not end up receiving care here but they were still going to help him I just needed him to be seen sooner than later I am still great full for the compassion.
