They dont seem to know what they are doing. They put you on same day call lists and dont get you in or forget to put you on it. This just isnt a good health care clinic at all!

I/we have been very uncomfortable with the service of all besides Dr.Soucy and his nurse Diane. Besides the two of them others come off really rude. It feels like they treat people like everyone is lying about illnesses and like everyone is just seeking drugs. We have been so uncomfortable to the point we may look for another provider. Which is a very hard and heartbreaking decision as Dr. Robert Soucy is a Great physician and we have been with him for 7yrs. And Diane his nurse is phenomenal. In my opinion.
