My rent has never been late even though I don't have a heater in my home. But the second I sent them a notice about the heater they decide to evict me based on me exercising my legal right to call 911. I'm a victim of domestic violence. I suffer abusive behavior daily and when it gets so bad I can't take it I have the right to call 911 without worrying about my landlord retaliating against me. The manager is wonderful! She took the time to find the specific site I wanted. We asked for some minor work to be done on the yard, she had maintenance over ASAP. We have wonderful neighbors that watch out for us. Everyone I have met here has been friendly.
