My first review was pretty harsh, I can be very opinionated. But since then the park has acquired new owners and new management. My opinion: new management seems to have the residents, the community and the ecosystems best interest at heart, they run a comfortable ship and maintenance seems to be in better control of the previous issues. Additionally, the tenants all signed a new lease agreement last December so everyone knows what is expected.
