Went to the St Pete boat show this weekend. Indian Springs Marina happened to have Robalo boats there. We had 2 buyers with checks in hand ready to put money down on a new boat. When qu estioning the sales agents about a couple of critcal boat design features, we were sarcastically and rudely told....in so many words...it is what it is...we sell every boat we get...go buy another boat if you don't like it. Love my marina. Juan is the best. He is so professional and kind. Always has a smile and is ready to help. Jason is first to come out to the docks to help when bringing the boat back in. Jen and Mary are friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They made getting a boat after not having one for over 30 years, smooth and easy.
We purchased our boat from Indian Springs Marina (ISM) in 2020. The process was very smooth and we discussed many options. ISM has been our source for all service and without any issues. Our purchase in 2020 was at the onset of COVID. Our boat provided a means for us of escape and have fun in the process. In June of 2025 we were traveling outside the USA. We had a great Purchasing experience thru Jenn and family: they worked with us from start to finish: training ; storage and using mobile onsite first 20 hour service. It has been a great experience!
I purchased and keep my boat there. Their maintenance service is timely and reasonably priced. Full service marina including fuel.
