RecommendedJust moved in recently & so far I’m liking the apartment complex. However there were some setbacks during the move in process but the management & staff were more than accommodating & whatever mistakes that were made they quickly resolved!

The office staff is the best, they are always helping, the Hispanics ladies are the most nice and helpful, best staff ever Keep up the great work!!

get rid of the roaches, better office management and better AC
I do not even Kno where to start and after moving out over 3 months ago it's still not over. I have had to many issues with this management and staff I could write a horror book about renting. From having my car towed from it's assigned spot because of their error all the way to maintaince entering my place on multiple occasions without permission or notice. Just save yourself the time, money and stress and do not move here.
These are the WORST Apartments in Mesa. Air conditioner has been broken for a total of four days now. When we called to inquire about it, we are hung up on by Gracie. It’s only 115 degrees outside. Can someone please point us in the right direction to make a complaint outside of their complex. We clearly see they don’t care about the ppl who live here
I’m warning everyone right now, DO NOT LIVE HERE. I could go on and on about this place but i will just tell you now all they care about is taking your money. The management is amazingly terrible and disrespectful. Also all the complexes are disgusting. Don’t let the pictures online trick you either
I have a lot to stay about this dump, but I will keep it short and simple. Do not waste your time even looking at this place.
