Disgusted This is the shoddiest, most run down and poorly cared for barn I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. The fences are falling apart, there are rocks all over the entire property and the manure pile is about as large as a football field. Food is thrown on the floor of the grain room and left open and uncovered for flies or vermin to infest it. Water buckets are NEVER cleaned and your horse does not receive the proper care it deserves in regards to getting enough grain, hay, or shavings in its stall. There ... read more

Great Riding Experience! A Hidden Gem! I recently purchased a "Living Social" coupon to Indian Rock Stables for my 13 yr old daughter and we could not have been more pleased! Initially I figured it was a deal that was just worth trying as my daughter had been riding in Haverhill for several years and the commute was killing me! Having lived in the city for most of my life, driving up and down Rt1, I was pleasantly surprised at the facility's size and location. Great Experience! A Hidden Gem! I recently purchased a "Living Social" coupon to Indian Rock Stables for my 13 yr old daughter and we could not have been more pleased! Amazing I have found my dream horse instruction at Indian Rock Stables. I have tried out 3 other schools before this, and it was meeting my instructor Paige, that I finally began improving, and enjoying the experience. Of all the instructors I have had, I must say, Paige is hands-down the BEST instructor I have ever had!! Being a piano teacher myself, I appreciate her patient, kind, but very precise, and specific instruction, where I can see myself progressing from lesson to lesson.
