I called looking for a transmission for my truck and once I was told they didn’t have it in the yard, like every other, I was expecting the call to end there. Instead, Bob made the effort to hunt down my specific part and didn’t just stop with giving me one source, he spent the time and gave me options to places that had them with certainty. Beyond pleased with generosity and professionalism from Indian River Scrap, they’ll be the first place I call for ANY of my used parts needs I wouldn’t recommend any place else.

They have a return policy of 30 days. When I got to the parking lot I realized the parts were not good so instantly went back to the office to return them. They took my bank card and pretended to swipe it for a refund. After a few days I noticed no refund. So I called them and they were trying to give me the run around. I had to dispute it with my bank and my bank had to call them for me to get my refund. Once they did, it went back instantly into my bank. Be careful with this place as they tried to pull a fast one.
