I have been a patient there for three years and I do love Dr. Pimenova but the office is managed poorly. Prescriptions not refilled, calls not returned, referrals not sent for extremely important testing. Now that I have decided that I want to switch to another PCP because of these terrible experiences I have never experience before- they cut me off the Portal so I cannot even try to print them myself and they have not sent to the new PCP even though they were requested 9/9 two weeks ago. The staff in the front office at this practice not very knowledgeable. But I love Dr.Bloom , she is very easy to talk to .
They need to update their registry with insurance providers. I called .. had to deal with an annoying chat bot and no option to talk to a person at the office just for someone without an American accent ( presuming they don't want to pay an American wages) to do front desk/calling .. to let me know that they do not in fact take my insurance, despite being a provider for the insurance .. tells me they don't want to deal with the billing.. thus paying a biller to actually bill their claims. . waste of time and very frustrating... read more
I love my doctor (Lauren Bloom) and Nicole and even the front desk staff is good. However the way the practice is managed degrades the experience. The new "ChatBot" is an absolute nightmare. It's only purpose is to take a messages, never does it get me through to anyone, but it makes me run in frustrating circles before accomplishing nothing. I have good insurance, have never had a late payment. But the policies about payment (have card on file, pay before visit, etc.) are beyond what I have experienced at other doctors.
Very professional staff. Maria is an excellent PCP. The AI answering the phone, is terrible. Great facility.. but i wont call "Sofia" ever again..
