Very professional staff. Maria is an excellent PCP.
Tried getting an appointment to establish as a new patient. As I have not been to Dr. in such a long time. What a shock, the elevator was slow getting upto the third floor of the building. The staff are pleasant (but disorganized) there was some confusion my appointment day and time as the person I spoke to prior to confirm, did not confirm but pushed my appointment back 6 weeks. I was a patient here for 4-5 years. Recently my family lost our insurance so we were self pay. My husband, who has high blood pressure, started medication and felt like it wasn’t changing anything. Per the doctor recommendation they told him to let them know if he felt that he needed to try a different medication. He did. They required him to come in, so he did. While he was there Dr. Lewis asked about his weight. He answered the question. Fast forward to receiving a bill and it’s about 150 dollars higher than our usual self... read more
I have had Dr. Lauren Bloom and her staff provide my care for over 3 years. They provide excellent medical care, responsive service, and assign a Cristal care staff member to provide follow-up services. Their expertise in both medical and insurance issues is spot-on!
Dr. Williams is the Most disrespectful man in this office. An he better watch how he talks to his patients, before he becomes a patient him self!! 🤬😡
