Dr Pimenova was excellent. Her nurse assistant was also very good. HOWEVER, their office staff is unresponsive and impossible to get in touch with. I am trying to find out why they cancelled my insurance. A couple months ago, I was told to contact my insurance company and that Indian River did not drop my insurance. I have since found out that that was a lie. In addition, they've been charging me throughout my association with them (about 3 yrs) for phone calls I make to them (to renew prescriptions).
