Do not go to this place for an MRI. The equipment is totally outdated and while I have no issues with enclosed spaces, the noise level was so loud while in the machine that it gave me a headache. I had an MRI at the University of Wisconsin 3 years ago and while I was aware of some noise, it was not at a decimal level that it was like sound torture. Horrible attitude. My husband had an appointment for weeks and we were called to change the time of the appointment 4 days prior to the exam.. This was not possible due to work schedules. A 3:30pm appointment was "too late" for the tech to accommodate us. Mind you, we had the appointment scheduled weeks ago. Total indifference to our situation. Back to Shands we will go. Worth the trip to be treated well.

I had an X-ray done today at hope imaging and the entire staff is so polite and courteous. I would gladly recommend anyone and everyone to them . Thank you guys for turning a unnerving event into a pleasant situation !
My husband had an ultrasound on a mass in his stomach last Wednesday. We have been sitting in the doctors office for an hour and still no results! Unacceptable! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Go to Vero Radiology!
