Took my fiance to this ER I left him in the car so I can sign him in mind you his mother saw he banged his head and past out not breathing! we got to the ER and i ran inside told the security what happened and he told ME (not a nurse) to grab a wheelchair for me to go grab him ! He ended up walking inside himself no wheel or nothing dizzy ready to pass out again nurses in the back as well as the male nurse doctor gave him attitude and did not make him feel comfortable for Treatment . I truly cannot put into words how amazing the emergency room department was. So compassionate and effective and efficient. Ashley Grall was the NP I saw and she was outstanding. I’m so grateful to them because I was so anxious, they took great care of me and I will never forget their kindness. I’m so glad I went here.
