Had my 2016 ktm xcfw worked on at the place a while back. Fork seals redone, head gasket replaced, bother hub bearings replaced. When I tell you I've had massive issues down the road with every single thing this guy touched I'm not exaggerating. Had him redo the seals on my forks, they never felt right again. Just recently took them to WMR ktm shop in Stuart because they were leaking... I HAD TO SPEND $900 TO HAVE THEM COMPLETELY REBUILT BECAUSE THIS GUY ABSOLUTELY BUTCHERED THEM. I needed a special part ordered and the price for the part was reasonable, the repair was quick and customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Indian River Cycle Center.
The counter man, his name isTony fantastic service. The owner Donnie did The work on my trike the price was exactly what he said it would be and time was spot on !! no BS fantastic job ! I will send everyone that has a bike there., Thank you
Donny and Tony were exceptional. I brought my bike in because it was making a clunking noise coming from the engine area . Donny diagnosed the potential problem right away and gave me up front assurance that it shouldn’t be too bad. Sure enough when he took the bike apart it was what he said , a loose bolt. I have taken my bike there in the past for other repairs and I received the same exceptional service every time . He is in my opinion very trustworthy and experienced.
Sorry to say had to bring bike elsewhere to repair after.
