The best in the area, bar none! I have been a loyal client of Dr. Sam and his fantastic staff for 13 years. Despite the fact that I am now relocated to the Ft. Wayne locale, I STILL consider myself a client because if anything major happens to any of my pets, I will definitely be driving 4 hours (one way) to see Dr. Sam. Simply the BEST! This review is long overdue. I have been taking my dog here for the past ten years. Dr. Ristich and his staff at Indian Prairie Animal Hospital are beyond exceptional. The technicians are patient and compassionate whenever I call with questions or concerns about my dog. Dr. Ristich’s bedside manner exceeds my very high expectations. Convenient and caring I gave them 3 stars because I only used them once and did not meet the Vet on duty. I am willing to bet they are worthy of more stars, though. I found a sparrow with its leg trapped in my bird feeder that broke. Not only was this facility one of the few that were open in the morning, they were the only one willing to take in a wild bird. Good Local Choice I am a multiple dog/multiple cat household and I spread my animals out amongst three vets when I moved here to see who I liked. Indian Prairie was by far the best of the three. Prices seem kind of high., but I can always get in pretty quick, their hours are typical and the staff is good. I haven't had a really serious, life-threatening problem, so I don't knowt about care for that sort of disease/illness and I haven't had to test their diagnostic skills, but overall, a solid choice for pet care.
I have been with that clinic and their doctors for awhile. One doctor in particular a minimum 10 years. Never had an issue that could not be resolved. More importantly I am adult enough if I disagree with a doctor for whatever reason I’m going to locate another one. I drove 1.5 hours one way to that clinic and I won’t have my animals anywhere else. Love my animals and they are very happy with the clinic and staff. I lost my baby after 13 years and they were there every step of the way . Simply the best hands down!
ZERO STARS. See yelp and Google review. Filed complaint with Vet Board. Also going to be filing a malpractice suit. The owner has receptionist mother come into my place of employment (a mental health agency) to threaten me and harass my coworker. They underestimated me. They almost killed my baby.
A clinic with a malignant narcissist and his monstrous minions. If you disagree with them they terminate you and then harass and send people to intimidate you. Oh and when you come back to speak to the owner he calls the cops on you!
RecommendedExcellent friendly courteous staff members, friendly Doctors who treat our furry babies as if it were they’re own. I’m new here to the Aurora area and dedicated myself to searching for not only the perfect location but the right doctor for my furry kids. Everything was explained in full details and a variety of options. Absolutely loved this place and so did my cat and doggie Pancho.
Oh my goodness , they are wonderful here . Knowledgeable, caring and kind . They spent a lot of time with me and my little bunny boy , Lucky.
