He's my new primary care and really seems to enjoy interacting with people. He's the first doctor I've seen in years who actually watched you walk from the waiting room to the exam room and would then be able to determine any gait issues.

I don't normally write reviews but today I feel I must. Let me say Dr. Steptoe and his nurse were great!! Both were very kind and helpful to my dad on his visit today. So no complain on either of them. BUT, the front desk (check in) was terrible. My father is 79 years old. He has lost most of his eye site (macular degeneration) and is hard of hearing. He walks up to the check in desk and says hello. The 2 women sitting there never even acknowledge his hello. Keep in mind he speaks loud because he can't hear very well. After ... read more

My mother has been consulting this office. The visits are going well. The staff is short handed, calling in to speak to someone about referrals or appointments is frustrating. The phone rings at least 40 rings or possibly 10 minutes. One might think the office is out of business. I inquired about the ongoing ringing and was told that was how it works there on the daily. Have been a patient here for well over 10 years. Dr. Steptoe is one of the greatest doctors. Always willing to do all he can to help his patient.
