I would love to be able to match some of the 5 star reviews on here but I can't even get the appointment desk to answer. I've called 3 times today (8/31/26) and no one answers. I've left 3 messages and no call backs.
All the staff have been so helpful and listen and explain everything I am going through. I drive from Elizabethton to go here. I highly recommend
We have been so thrilled with the whole urology team! Everyone is so knowledgeable, caring and friendly. Our issues were dealt with urgently and every procedure was explained in detail. We cannot say enough good things!

The staff is wonderful and attentive! The Drs and nurses are kind and truly seem to care about their patients ! Highly recommend
