Id be writing for hours if I listed everything going south in this community. Don't rent or buy a home in here because you're going to regret it.
This place gets turned into a New York and New Jersey slum every weekend. And the 115 gate has a line to toll road. The security is a joke they are either overweight or older than dirt.they speed up and down mountain road I’ve been ran off the road by them and they flash there high beams at you for no reason.The board and board meeting are a joke they raise your dues every year to cover the money they are pocketing. This place is has been ruined by air bnb’s and the money hunger board.
One of the more lame Communities. Only the back gate is locked, my question is this: "Why have a locked 🔒 💳 🔙 gate when you're main entrance has nothing!?" Idk. Maybe... 🤔😏 my logic is skewed.
We've lived here for three years, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend moving in. It's dangerous—people speed through the neighborhood, and it's not safe even when you're walking with your kids. Every day, my dog and I almost get hit by drivers distracted on their phones. On top of that, people let their dogs relieve themselves anywhere in the trails and parks without cleaning up.
