I had made our golden retriever an appointment to see the Vet due to her loss in weight. He must not have been there. The receptionist tried to treat our pet. I asked for vaccinations, she confirmed that at least 4 were due but did not offer to give those, even at my request She listen to my dogs heart and weighed her, that was all. Charged me $40, for nothing, not even an explanation as to where the Vet was. Will never go there again.

Great listeners, did not feel rushed or not important. Front desk ladies were super nice and helpful. Clean and great staff.
