I dropped my bike off during the rally at Indian Motorcycle in Sturgis at 7:30 AM to fix my front brakes and replace a missing front fender bolt. After waiting five hours for an update, I was charged $250 for essentially nothing. The replacement bolt they used doesn't match the rest of the bike and looks awful. The brake flush they performed had zero effect, and their only advice was to order a $575 master cylinder that wasn't in stock. We went to Indian Motorcycle in Sturgis to check out the new bikes. Dennis Fick immediately greeted us and started telling us about the new features on the bikes there. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything and explained how they all work.
