I just purchased a used Honda Rebel (2024 with ~1200mi) from them. The process was not made the most easy. I requested to see pricing with a specific amount down and loan terms. Redline power sports service department sucks.. I came to get the back tire changed on my m109r was told it would be an hour to hour and a half. Well it’s been doubled that and I’m still waiting.. super slow… no one in the store asks if you need any help.. they avoid you.. never coming here again
Worst Service Department Ever!! We spent about 60 grand on jet skis and upgrades and every time they are in their shop they don’t complete a full job, I.e parts are missing, they are still in service mode when we pick them up, installation isn’t complete. Thankfully we didn’t pay for the mechanical package there. We will be taking our business somewhere else.
Bought my first bike 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650 from here last year no pressure sales people. Recently got a hole in my radiator from debris on the interstate. They had me back on my bike in less than a week. Big thanks to Preston and the service team who were very helpful to say the least!
Called today and spoke with Ricky a salesman about selling my quad it’s a 23 canam outlander xmr1000r it has 26 hours on it I checked with 4 different sites about the value which I’ll post pictures down below and he said without seeing it 6000 dollars that’s a joke all of the trade in sites I checked are all within a couple hundred dollars of one another I get it they need to make a little money off of the sale but not that much
