I had a really good experience purchasing my motorcycle here. Joshua was very patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. Mark, the General Manager, was also very professional and helpful. He even offered to help me learn and get more comfortable with the bike, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was an easy and comfortable buying experience, and I’m glad I chose to purchase my motorcycle here.

I reached out about a Honda Metropolitan scooter they had listed on the website. It’s. 2025 with less than 2 months of warranty left and is priced at the same level as a brand new one because “it’s the only one in stock so if you don’t buy it someone else will”. I suggested a fair price that I’d like to pay and there was no negotiation even offered. Bottom line is don’t buy used from this dealership. Value is obviously of no interest.

I was happy with the price but overall disappointed with my experience after purchasing a new Yamaha RMAX. The unit already had 8 hours and 11 miles on it when I took delivery. I emailed Ricky the salesman asking about the history of those first 8 hours and whether Yamaha’s recommended break-in procedures had been followed. Ran into some problems out of town and got the bike a week before. Mr. Ariel the service manager has been nothing but great with getting what I needed for the bike with excellent service. Thank you Redline Commonwealth Service Crew!!
