Brought my first Indian, an FTR. Dealing with Martin and the staff was excellent. No pressure to buy, very relaxed. Was able to take the bike out on a long test ride to to able to get a real feel for the bike in the area it would spend most of its time in. I wanted a twin and my choices came down to the FTR or a BMW R12. It was important that the bike was comfortable and didn't leave me with back pain. Indian Scout 2021 model went in for a service, the bike came back with NO coolant, engine breather hose not connected. I rang the store to complain and got absolutely nowhere. No offer to refund / repair the issue and claims it was not their fault. The bike was transported on a trailer and I have had plenty of different motorcycles over the years and never ever had issues like this. Very poor, and will be taking this further.
