Royal Enfield shows this to be a dealer of theirs but after filling in a form to get a quote for the bike I would like, no contact whatsoever. Hopefully this isn’t the same across the other dealers. Only thing is there aren’t many. Lost a sale.

I have been to this Indian dealer on 3 separate occasions and I have been left disappointed with their customer service. I asked for a specific part to be ordered and it was forgotten, twice. No apology on either occasion. On the third occasion I asked for a specific electrical issue to be checked and nothing was done. Big shoutout to IMC Kenwick Perth from a rider over in QLD. My Scout had been stuck in limp mode for ages and I’d already blown 2 grand on parts trying to fix it. These guys took the time to talk it through with me over the phone, pointed to the gear position sensor, and they were spot on. Swapped the part and the bike’s running sweet again. Proper helpful service and serious knowledge. Respect to the team 👊
