Royal Enfield shows this to be a dealer of theirs but after filling in a form to get a quote for the bike I would like, no contact whatsoever. Hopefully this isn’t the same across the other dealers. Only thing is there aren’t many. Lost a sale.

I have been to this Indian dealer on 3 separate occasions and I have been left disappointed with their customer service. I asked for a specific part to be ordered and it was forgotten, twice. No apology on either occasion. On the third occasion I asked for a specific electrical issue to be checked and nothing was done. The issue was an on/off switch was in the ‘off’ position and I was told the particular part needed replacing… they hadn’t even looked. All my dealings have been with the same person.
