Extremely honest and helpful customer service staff
This shop has been less than helpful to me since i recently purchased my ktm dirtbike. Started a few months ago when i needed a steering bearing for the weekend to ride my bike. Called in told them my bike info and what i needed and they said we don’t have it but can order it. Frustrated calling around finding a very helpful employee at ghatto cycles who checked your inventory and gave me the part number to ride that weekend.
