Thus far since they moved to High Point, I've had great experience with them servicing my Roadmaster. 6/11/26 - I called Fred a week ago looking for two new tires for my '17 Roadmaster. He wasn't sure he had a matching set however, he took several minutes to look through the on hand inventory and found two Michelin tires which was what I was looking for. At one point I wasn't sure what was going on with the service , but my jumping to conclusion was to fast learn to be more patient. I'm pleased all around and will be trading with High Point powersports soon and using there services. In these days and time parts are slow coming and its time consuming again be patient with service guys . Thanks guys for everything hope to trade soon .
Wow no wonder why motorcycle dealerships go out of business! I went to this dealership with cash in hand. Wanting to buy the 2025 Indian Super chief limited on sale for $15.5K. I had cash in hand. Went there at 10:30 am. Saw the bike , loved it. Thank god for the parts guys that helped me cause the salesman was busy. They told me the military incentives and I was happy.
