Walked into this location for the very first time, I've already looked at there inventory and was excited to come in and buy a bike... And absolutely not, id never come back and id never buy anything from this location. Ill try one more Indian locate just because I do want an Indian but if I get treated with the pay no mind and dirty looks I did here ill find what im looking for someone else.
We visited the dealership on a week day in the afternoon, there was one salesman on the floor. We stood for over 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. Finally we walked out and took our business elsewhere.
These people are just horrible. Been trying to get the OEM quarter fairing for a scout rogue and everything these people told me was the opposite of what the Indian website said. these people truly didn’t want to order anything for me or help me with anything. The dude who picked up the phone was rude from the start and started making things up that are not true to Indian nor Polaris. I know asking Carolwood LP would also be a waste of time. Insane how I just got an Indian bike and already want to sell it.
