I was not expecting much from an Indian takeout in Inwood but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. I had samosas which were fat with stuffing and perfectly crispy without being greasy. The Rogan Josh was also a generous portion for the price and perfectly seasoned. I ordered just before closing time and they had the order ready for pick up in 15 minutes. I will be ordering from there again on a regular basis. I would give 4.5 stars if it was an option. Food is saturated in oil, especially the breads and samosas, and the oil used is very "heavy"; while the main dishes are seasoned ok (very mild, especially the curry, could hardly tell it was curry), they are very "soupy" with more liquid than substance (chicken, beef, etc.) to the dish, I won't order again from here.
