Had risers on order for a customer for 4 months now. 3 weeks with no response. They finally email me back to tell me they forgot to process my order and they would have some risers for me in 3-4 days. That was back in the first week of June. I've emailed and called every 3-4 days trying to keep my customer updated. No response. Over 30 phone calls and the phone has never been answered ONCE.
