Had risers on order for a customer for 4 months now. 3 weeks with no response. They finally email me back to tell me they forgot to process my order and they would have some risers for me in 3-4 days. That was back in the first week of June. I've emailed and called every 3-4 days trying to keep my customer updated. No response. Over 30 phone calls and the phone has never been answered ONCE. Online hours not accurate, employees not helpful, phone line always busy. Don't waste your time. edit: contrary to some other reviews, I can at least say that their shipping process for online orders was quick, under 1 week turnaround for an engine cover.
For those crying about the noise, it's a motorcycle event that happens only once a year. What about the noise coming from the Wythe Hotel or the Under the Bridge concerts? Do you complain about those? Do you call your local councilperson about that? Doubt it because the noise from both places still goes on. And I'm going to say no because you probably attend.
