I had a prescription sent from my Doctor days earlier so when I arrived later in the afternoon to pick it up it hadn't been filled so I was told that it would take 20 to 25min and to wait for costco to text me.....45min later I was told " oh were getting it ready for you now" I never received a text and I was forgotten about. Come on costco please communicate with one another and get it together
This pharmacy has the best owner and pharmacist rolled into one. He will go out of his way to help you. He even comes to our van to give my mother her covid booster to keep her from having to get into her wheelchair.
Hands down the best pharmacist around! The personal attention and care Ronak provides are truly exceptional. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. You can tell he genuinely cares about every customer and goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. We are so grateful to have a pharmacist like him in our community. Highly recommend!
