Always friendly. There always eager to help in any way needed always take your questions and concerns seriously I recommend them to anyone in need of migraines. I love the doctors here. Been going here for about 6 years.
Very rude over phone. Lady at front desk had a very bad attitude. Been trying to get in for over a month. Had all my information sent over an d have never received a phone call about appointment. Have called to see if they have received my information and was told no, but my other doctor has faxed it over twice now. Was also not told I needed a referral to get in till this recent phone call.
Went in for my first appointment was told they tried contacting me several times and sent a letter I never got the letter and when I got home I checked the call log and messages and there was nothing. So I have waited 4 months for this appointment and now get to wait another 4 months just for my first appointment. My Rheumatologist wanted me to see this office but I’m questioning this decision.
