Avoid this place if you can. bugs, birty, and the area and rooms always smells like pot. Not in a very good area, a fair bit of crime around here and just generally feels unsafe especially with all the loitering.
All I have to recommend is get 5x better than what this place is currently. It's a shame. Just sad for people down on their luck..
