This used to be the place I would recommend to everyone. The service department was once the only place I would service my vehicle. The sales team used to be top-notch, but not seemingly so anymore. I reached out to IH Chrysler near the end of May, and now, Mid July, have still not received a call back. Guess they dont want my business. I can no longer in good conscience recommend Indian Head Chrysler for sales OR service.

I can't speak for the sales team, but I can't say enough good things about IHC's service department. The service is amazing, the mechanics are talented, and they consistently go above and beyond. This shop can handle everything from oil changes to complete engine replacements. Everything is transparent—inspections are even provided in video format so you know exactly what's happening.
