This dealership, for as long as I've worked with them, has demonstrated a reputation for always being very sensitive to consumers' interests. With an excellent group of sales and service members, their service especially goes beyond to accommodate clients and customers in their catchment.
We were driving from BC to Ontario and a pre-existing issue with my bumper (it was partially coming off due to broken plastic clips. Thanks Toyota 🙄). These people were SO NICE. They took my car in immediately with no appointment or anything and the mechanic secured my bumper in about 15 minutes. Amazing customer service. I'm sad that I don't live in the area, so I won't be able to come back ☹️ but THANK YOU so much!
