We were driving from BC to Ontario and a pre-existing issue with my bumper (it was partially coming off due to broken plastic clips. Thanks Toyota 🙄). These people were SO NICE. They took my car in immediately with no appointment or anything and the mechanic secured my bumper in about 15 minutes. Amazing customer service. I'm sad that I don't live in the area, so I won't be able to come back ☹️ but THANK YOU so much!
Jen at Indian Head Chrysler was great to deal with as she helped me upgrade to a newer truck! Also I cant leave out Dean in the finance department, he was great to deal with also. If youre in need of a vehicle I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them.
Very good customer service, no sales pressure whatsoever. All staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to others.
