Unfortunately the hot tub hasn't really worked since I've moved in , which was one of my motivations for moving here. Additionally, my fridge does not dispense ice or water, and was told that it cannot be fixed because the filter is no longer manufactured. Essentially I have to wait until my fridge goes out, which probably won't happen, to have working ice and water. This was another reason I wanted to move here so it's kind of disappointing.
