I ordered biryani today and found an entire insect in the rice. I have attached photos. This was very disappointing and a serious food safety concern. I almost never leave reviews because I understand how difficult it is to run a small business, but I felt I should share my experience. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and that the restaurant takes steps to prevent it from happening again.
It would be better to avoid this restaurant. What kind of service is this? All the dishes are just names from India, but honestly the taste is very bad. It doesn’t even deserve 10% out of 100. And when I asked something, the server came and started arguing with me, which was very intimidating. They even charged me tax separately twice by giving two different bills, and the total came to $40. This is not correct at all. Customers should not be treated like this or insulted.
First time eating here. The gentleman in charge, possibly the owner, was fantastic. I was offered water even though we were ordering for take out. Wife and I left l, while waiting for food, when we came back he gave us a sample of a Pakistani drink. All the food was awesome. We will be going back.
I had very bad experience the there is very towards us and he bought which tastes different we asked this not the one we ordered I took same food back added cream and gave it he didn’t even bother are replace the item atleast he didn’t give new item as we threw the food from our plates I wish no one should go there that’s how rude he’s behaved with us I had a terrible experience there. The waiter is not even listening to anything properly. They are ruining the reputation of an Indian-named restaurant. Their behavior is rude with everyone who comes in, and when we place an order, they respond very disrespectfully. I have tried Indian dishes at other restaurants and they were really good, but here the way they prepare and serve food is disappointing. They are giving a bad impression of Indian food and culture. I do not recommend this restaurant.
