The place is simply Criminal - all I am listing are facts. Not an opinion. It looks nice and clean from a distance. But it is a fascade that's created to sell homes. It used to be a peaceful joyous neighborhood where people were free. But the new administration is corrupt and created limitations, rules imposed on people that cross the line of being protective to being controlling. The HOA often tries to use crooked means to obtain money. They filed petition in tax court without notifying residents (and lost). They sometimes file UNPERFECTED LIENS repeatedly on same matter etc. Not sure what their goal is
