I went to the drawing and was handed a piece of paper for Energy saver program offering a "energy audit" What a COMPLETE FRAUD BEING PUT OUT BY INDIAN ELECTRIC THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU $250 TO COME OUT AND DO THE ENERGY AUDIT I'VE USED INDIAN ELECTRIC SINCE 1990, I DONT KNOW WHO THEY HAVE IN CHARGE NOW,BUT APPARENTLY THEY ARE INTO DOING THEIR BEST TO MISLEAD CUSTOMERS INTO SURPRISE YOU OWE US $250
Had a branch fall on my electric pole. It took out the security light and the meter. The guys were out in less than 30 minutes and had me back with power soon after. They were incredibly sweet too! Such a great crew!
ms alicia at the front office has been nothing short of rude to me since i called her to acquire about services. she then assumed i knew the previous tenant, relayed my private information to said previous tenant and now alicia has put my life in possible danger due to her lack of professionalism. i have no choice but to choose indian electric because it’s the only service i can get, but i would recommend getting professional front office ladies.
