The customer service at Indian Electric Cooperative is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever experienced. Calling in with basic billing questions is a nightmare—the office staff is unbelievably rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve issues, they literally yell over you, interrupt constantly, and refuse to listen. The entire office is in desperate need of basic customer service and professional training. These people are a hard-working crew during emergencies they take a fraction of the time other companies do. I've lived here twenty six years , and i've always been able to depend upon them. Thank you, guys, and gals.
