The customer service is horrible. I asked simple questions and their answer was download the app to see your usage. They act like they don't want to help. They said my bill probably went up cause I was doing more laundry! Really!!! That's their solution 🤪 No, not doing anymore laundry. And don't waste your time speaking to the supervisor, Casey, she just defends the horrible customer service rep. IEC used to care about their customers sure doesn't feel like that anymore, very disappointing.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I wish this company would just close already and let someone take its business. Because as it stands, this is our only option. Every small storm we get, you can expect an outage. They used to be good about getting ours back on fast because my grandpa is on oxygen, but the urgency is gone now!!! 2 weeks ago we lost electric for 13 hours.
