I lived at 4932 Wyandot lane for 7-8 years me and my now ex wife split and the house was in my ex wife’s name because of my credit but they allowed for me to live there besides I was paying the bills. Once my ex wife moved out I was literally forced out of my house without notice ahead of time and I ended up losing everything that I’ve owned in that house. It’s so frustrating and upsetting that I had to go through such tough times because people are money hungry that they mess over good people.

This used to be a 5 star manufactured home community and one of the finest in the country but management now goes out of their way to encourage illegal migrants to move in. The majority end up driving American workers wages down and they cheat in every way imagenable to steal welfare benefits that should go to natural born citizens. This place will soon be overrun by them and it's hard to take as this was one nice community in bygone days.

The recent management are increasingly accepting illegal aliens from Mexico, Honduras, Salvador, and Guatemala with no more papers than a tax I.D. Three forths of all illegals/undocumenteds use underground documents to secure apartments and rental houses wherein they frequently steal natural born citizen's social security numbers to make it appear they are legitimate. As many as can jam into a house with sometimes 6 adults and 3 children in a single wide home. The cost to the American taxpayer per illegal per year is $70,000.... read more

In conducting surveys of members of various manufactured home communities in North Carolina we cannot recommend Indian Creek Overlook as a prospective place to live for law abiding tax paying families to live. Lot rent has been increased 3 times in last 20 months making it one of the most expensive trailer parks in the state. Management highly unlikely to respond to renter's pleas for help with their dwelling, such as plumbing issues and they now allow any illegal aliens with a fistful of cash to move in while it has been pr... read more

We applied and were denied based on credit score. I had checked my score prior to applying and it was way higher than they said. I asked for a copy of the report and they would not provide. Also, on several occasions dealing with them, they were rude. Nice neighborhood but I'm sort of glad it didn't work out.

Unsatisfied in helpfulness Let me just say that this is a very nice looking manufactured home community, however I am very disappointed in the process to be apart of the community. I recently applied for a home and was denied because of my co applicant which happens to be my husband. The denial was for credit ONLY, his income which was the majority was great, my credit great, and my income okay. The current rental place I am at is great in helping us out and working with us to get our current apartment, as many housing commu... read more

My husband and I are disabled and in an unusual financial situation. When my husband spoke with Betty over the phone and explained in detail, and also connected her with the coordinator of the program that will be helping us, she cheerfully assured my husband they they could "Definitely work with" us. Due to my health and surgery, we were unable to get down to her office right away, made an attempt to see her the following week but she was not in at the time, and it was another week before we were able to see her yesterday. ... read more
