I have a zero turn Simplicity mower that started lacking power. I contacted ICOP and spoke with Sandy and scheduled pickup for Saturday. Jeremy came out and picked up the mower and within several hours, it was repaired and returned same day. It required a rod replacement and only required one hour of labor. It now runs great and for a very reasonable price-better than others, I believe. Jeremy and Sandy were both friendly and service was great. Thank you both.
Top of the line experience across the board. They picked up my broken Craftsman riding mower, fixed it, and delivered it back to me in 4 days and charged a very reasonable price. I will use them from now on for all of my small engine powered tools. Excellent!
