customer brought in black chainsaw. looked almost new. we don't usually work these products because of low quality. asked customer what they needed. said wanted a tune up. I asked what is wrong with saw. oh just a tune up. check over. ok I said. made repair work order. went to test run check saw. no fuel in fuel tank. ?. added mix fuel and it ran out on my foot.? looked at tank and seen plastic seam where tank molded together was separated. plastic was not molded very well. needed new fuel tank. gave estimate via phone call.... read more
Took my chainsaw to have a new chain put on. Got a call that the tank was cracked badly and fuel would just pour out of it. Funny, but it wasn't doing that when I dropped it off. I mean, how would I have not noticed a tank cracked so badly that fuel "poured" out of it?? Got it back for the low low price of $20 after nothing being done to it. Invest it wisely because it's a never again for us!!
I was on a mission to find a chainsaw chain and had searched every store I could in our local community and no one had what I needed or could help me without a model number. Of course with my husband in the woods I could not get the model number. I stopped at our feed store and he told me about this place. I drive over and the lady behind the desk is super nice as I explain my perdicament and I give her what info I have on the chainsaw. She goes into the back and has a chain in no time.
