HOA fees go up every year and Nothing ever gets done. In just the last 3 years several projects have been started and not a single one completed. The so called clubhouse is unusable...the creeks are not operating causing mosquito infestation. The whole complex has become a dump. No one cares about any comments or complaints you may have. Ugh. I owned here for 11 years. Was on the board for a good portion of that as president. It is a nicely planned property, wonderfully located, with a serene setting. This was my first purchase as an adult for a home, and let’s just say I learned a lot. I personally was backstabbed big time by the board and several people in the community after putting in hundreds of volunteer hours for this place. I like it here. I bought a condo here 9 months ago. It's been a pleasant experience so far, neighbors are good. HOA seems decent and responsive to any requests or questions I've had. The pond is clean, they take care of the property. It's super quiet here, and the sunsets and views from my back balcony of the pond are breathtaking for being in plain-old boring Dayton, OH.

Worst association! Carpet, dryer in need of repair. Landscaping is horrid I forgot to change my credit card when I lost it so they sent me an overdue for my HOA fees. I promptly paid it. Two days later I get sent a letter from their lawyer wanted an extra $125. Even though I paid before I got the later and up to date. I have been there 5 years with no issues until now talki ng to the. Does no good. I should of bought a house! .
