Condo fees have gone up to a ridiculous amount while the property maintenance itself is going downhill fast. I've seen much higher scale properties that are maintained beautifully with fees less than half of Indian Creek. Not sure what the "property management company" is doing with these funds but have a feeling it's paying their salaries and not much more.

Fair skinned heavy set African American woman at the park. Screaming about "black kids" at the park in front of other black kids. Although she was talking to her own child, it was rude and inappropriate to say amongst others regardless of race. Kids are kids! That's what you should've said. Not blatantly insult everyone around you.

The building on the inside is filthy, especially the carpets. There are a lot of questionable people lurking around who don't appear to be residents that throw trash on the grounds. People work on their cars and don't follow the association rules. There have been drug transactions in the daytime that definitely puts families at risk to potential violence. HOA fees go up every year and Nothing ever gets done. In just the last 3 years several projects have been started and not a single one completed. The so called clubhouse is unusable...the creeks are not operating causing mosquito infestation. The whole complex has become a dump. No one cares about any comments or complaints you may have.
