Very disappointed with the clinic services as when patient is with the attending doctor he don’t have right to enter the room without informing and even asking the pt to leave the clinic as he might be suffering from Covid it’s insane ,without positive results no one blame he might be suffering anyhow others medical students and attending doctor were awesome but Dr.who was an incharge of the above clinic ,behaviour was aggressive .
Very disappointed with this clinic’s service. They constantly reschedule appointments and promise to call back for confirmation — but never do. When we arrived at the clinic, they told us again to reschedule, and canceled the appointment without any prior notice. The hijabi receptionist was extremely unprofessional and dismissive, acting as if she was always right, even though the clinic was empty with no other patients.
