I went to India House with two friends, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the food. We ordered chilli paneer and dahi bhalla. The chilli paneer was especially disappointing because it came with Manchurian gravy instead of proper chilli paneer sauce, which completely changed the taste of the dish. The dahi bhalla was also not up to the mark. We expected much better food and quality, especially for the price. Overall, none of us were satisfied with our experience.

We're on a road trip from Halifax to Vancouver Island and back. We're on the return leg, and have to say this is the BEST Indian restaurant we've visited on all of our travels here in Canada. Everything in the buffet was cooked to perfection and the flavours were amazing. If we stayed here, this would be our local. We're from Scotland, so a curry is a staple for us - this ranked up there if not better than the curry houses back home. Thanks again guys.

Had an amazing birthday dinner with a group of 8, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure our group felt welcomed and well taken care of. Food is not good it’s too over spicy and when we tell them about food they changed it but then dal makhni is too running as if they just add water in it not good experience in this restaurant

Great dining environment and good offerings for lunch buffet. Especially enjoyed the fish curry. Papadums and naans were evidently freshly made in house and had great texture. Tandoori chicken brought to the table was the tenderest I’ve had in a buffet setting, it tends to be old/dry at many places. Noodles stood out as well, they had a slight zing from vinegar when stir-frying. Chicken biryani was also evidently freshly made and was very fragrant.
