India House ended up our caterer for our Haldi, our Sangeet, and our hotel food including a welcome dinner, two breakfasts, two lunches, and one brunch. That is a lot of food. I go to the weekday lunch buffet once a month. Food always excellent and staff is friendly and attentive. Wide variety of dishes including vegetarian options.
The buffet was advertised as a Thanksgiving special, but it turned out to be the standard weekday buffet with nothing unique or festive added. The food was very plain and lacked flavor, and for a cost of approximately $20 per person without drinks, it did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment in the foreseeable future.
We recently hosted a 60th birthday celebration, and India House went above and beyond. They brought in everything we needed, and the food was absolutely outstanding—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. They took care of every little detail and handled any last-minute requests with ease.
