The food was seriously delicious! The butter chicken was rich, flavorful, and even better with the option to use coconut milk instead of cream. The vindaloo was another standout, packed with bold spices and deep flavor. Everything was incredibly satisfying and well prepared.
This like many others around Spokane serve not what 'Indians' usually eat at home. It's like saying The Maury Show and Love Island represent all of America. North Indian food, yes. Not Southern, Western, or Eastern India food. Mostly Punjabi food is what everyone serves. Even then, Punjabi authentic food is delectable, not overly salty or gravy-fied to the hilt.
