Extremely rude cash register person. Identified himself by name Prem. After billing while my wife was bagging the items he started throwing the items at her. When she asked him to be gentle and give her space, he started talking bad about her to other cashiers in his language. Never will ever visit the store in Cupertino/San Jose again.
Went to De Anza location today to return a few items purchased 10 days ago. Cashier asked me why I want to return and then said for protection of customers no returns are being accepted. Their return policy is 15 days and there is no mention of their new return (non-return) policy anywhere in store. By the way, I have been shopping their sunnyvale/san jose locations for a long time but I believe they are overrated and I've seen better selection of vegetables and competitive prices in other indian grocery stores.
