The office staff on the phone unprofessional. Tried to say I raised my voice when I did not and called me babygirl.. really.. I was shocked . Because a pt is questioning a bill that was “supposedly” corrected the previous month and they acted as though they never heard of the issue.. suddenly I was raising my voice. I simply stated I had called previously about the same issue and the response was”” before u go any further baby girl..” I simply hung up. Doctor Indi Vasudeva is fantastic doctor, very knowledgeable , patient and caring!. My husband has been her patient for several years and we are very lucky that she is taking his insurance!!!! A++++
