This place is HORRIBLE!! Do not go here. They have 0 compassion or care for the patients they are tending to. They literally gave me an appointment to see the NP, then on the day of my appointment I was told that she no longer accepts my insurance and it would be a while before I could get someone new. Also have been waiting for a therapist for months now. They don't call back, and the staff is very rude and full of attitude. For you own peace please, do not trust them with your care. BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE
My doctor was part of this group for a period of time. They released him from his contract and instead of informing his patients when they called to make a appt, they told me their scheduling system was down and had no idea when it would be fixed. A week later they stopped answering the phones. They knew I was a patient under the care of someone they stopped being associated with and continued to gas light me. I DO NOT! Recommend this office. The office manager Vema lead me on for over 3 months with the promise of a male ABA therapist. They knew the urgency in my child’s case n still played games. when I questioned the situation, I was treated with an rude tone n made to feel as if I was crazy. I looked into their office n it seems they’re having serious issues with their finances, ultimately affecting staffing. This is a great place! The staff and receptionist are friendly, and Dr. Freeman continually goes above and beyond as a therapist. Couldn't recommend more!
Very unprofessional . DO NOT leave your little ones with that agency .
