5 Stars – Exceptional Service & Delicious Coffee! I had the pleasure of visiting Indi Chocolate at Pike Place Market, and let me tell you, it was hands down the best experience of our trip! Parker, the barista, made me the most amazing iced mocha I've ever had. The coffee was perfectly balanced, smooth, and refreshing—absolutely top-notch! Chocolate is amazing flavor overall with very welcoming staff. Don’t sleep on the chai snickerdoodle cookie as that was maybe the best snickerdoodle I’ve had. Prices are very reasonable and everything we ordered was amazing!
The owner was here today. What a lovely lady! The level of detail she has placed into her artisan brand is delightful. Her lotions melt like butter into your skin and nourish you with their fragrance. The Indy Chip Cookie had at least five separate flavors of cocoa in it and was a true masterpiece. Their rose chai latte was unmatched. My daughter also is an artisan barista, and her product does not hold a candlestick to these. What a great treat this was! Thank you!
