We had just moved into our new home at Oakville and needed a local electrician to put some extra power points in for us and so I contacted Index Electrical and spoke with Luka. Such a pleasure to speak with and he promptly sent us a quote and the work is now done. So professional and such a pleasure to deal with. So good we found them after doing an internet search and they will now be our local electricians.
Very prompt, excellent service, did not leave before everything was satisfactory.& polite and friendly.
Job was for installation of external outlet. Luca was polite, knowledgeable, skilled, punctual & fair priced - everything you wish for in a tradesman. Saved in contacts, will certainly use again.
Luka & Ian were called up to help us remove our old ducted air con system and replace with a new Daikin 20kw unit with AirTouch 5 controller. They also removed the existing ducts and replaced with new ducts keeping the place very neat and tidy while they were on the job. They have done a excellent job, were friendly and Luka was only too happy to answer all our questions. We have had them in the past doing other jobs and we are very happy with the outcomes.
Luka came out on short notice after a power outage, repair was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended 10/10
